Sizing
The Jamie Western Boot has a regular fit that’s true to size, take your regular size in boots
If you’re in-between sizes, order the smaller size
For narrow widths, order a half size smaller; for wider widths, order a half size larger
If you have a high instep and/or high arch, order a half size larger
You should feel a thump when your heel slides into place
A slight lift in the heel is normal
Care
Store your boots in a dark, dry place
Alternate boot wearing days to allow them to fully dry out
Brush dirt off after every wear with a horsehair brush; use a damp cloth if necessary
Condition every 1-2 months
For a glossy finish, shine boots with a wax-based polish, buffing with a horsehair brush to the desired level of shine
