Peter Wythe, the founder of his eponymous label, said it best: “These Washed Flannel Workshirts are a real labor of love from all areas, and come from hundreds of hours scouring vintage stores, private sellers, and poring over hundreds of historical black and white photographs looking for that perfect layout or shade combination. These are the real deal. Every single yarn is spun to the right size and shade to evoke the soft yet hearty flannels coming out of the American West from the 1920's through the 60's, worn hard on the backs of farmers, miners, cowboys, loggers, and just plain old hippies doing their best to stay warm and stay outside as long as they could.”

Basically: these midweight workshirts are designed for year-round wear, with both sides of the fabric brushed for supreme softness. Featuring signature feather pleats on the rear yoke for enhanced movement, triple-needle chainstitching at the yoke and side seams for exceptional durability, Corozo nut buttons that pay homage to the ‘40s workwear pieces, and an unlined collar for a laidback touch.
