Walnut Cleaver
Walnut Cleaver
Story
Handsome, heirloom-quality knives hand-forged in North Carolina
Inside an unassuming quonset hut in North Carolina, Forge and Foundry’s Jeff Bridgers works with a burning forge and clanging anvil to turn raw metal and wood into functional tools destined for a lifetime of use. With lasting utility and rustic grace, his fixed-blade EDC and heirloom kitchen knives are among the most handsome we’ve ever seen, bringing fresh admiration every time they’re drawn from a sheath or pulled from a drawer. The Walnut Cleaver is built for chopping duty in the kitchen or out by the grill with its ergonomic handle and edge-retaining blade.
