Flint and Tinder
Waffle Utility Crewneck
Waffle Utility Crewneck
Story
Ultra-comfortable waffle knit with military roots
Waffle knit shirts first served as thermals for blue collar workers in the late 19th century, then as standard issue shirts for soldiers to keep warm in World War II. But the Utility Crewneck from Flint and Tinder is built more for today’s civilian life (softer, with deep texture on the waffle-knit for comfort and a more tailored silhouette). But the enduring spirit is still stitched right in, and you can feel it in the 100% cotton construction and ribbed collar and cuffs that keep it snug and help this piece retain its shape for years. This is an essential for guys who appreciate wardrobe staples done right.
