About RRL
About 100 years ago in the American West, garments were crafted with a hardworking grit—a blue-collar sturdiness that could endure long demanding days on a ranch, along with the harsh swings of a desert climate. These industrious, heritage styles are what inspired menswear legend, Ralph Lauren, to establish his offshoot brand Double RL, named after his own Colorado cattle ranch. Starting with a handmade necktie in 1967, the RRL clothing empire has always focused on timeless designs and materials of the highest quality and has never been swayed by trends or fads of the times. Since his humble beginning working out of a drawer in the Empire State Building, Ralph Lauren has become a fashion powerhouse and purveyor of timeless wardrobe staples. Half a century later and RRL clothing is as much of an American icon as apple pie and has appeared in everything from big screen classics to the Olympic stage. Now one of the world’s most recognized brands, Ralph Lauren’s unwavering dedication to his craft has remained steadfast. From RRL denim and his iconic pony polo to his high-end Ralph Lauren Purple Label, each piece hits that perfect sweet spot between rugged and refined, so you can count on these heirloom-worthy styles staying in your rotation for plenty of years to come.
