Story

As seen on TV—a handmade turkey call from Ep.2 of Ramble On

When it comes down to skilled craftsmanship, those who’ve got it can spot it. That’s why you’ll see Brad Leone using none other than William Lester’s hand-hewn Trumpet Turkey Call in episode two of Ramble On with Brad Leone. Mr. Lester makes these babies by hand one by one in his small workshop in Cleveland, Mississippi, using a combination of recycled rifle shells, rubber gaskets, carbon arrows, and other pieces of salvaged hardware—making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. What’s more, William only makes a few hundred of these a year, and they’re nearly impossible to get your hands on (hint, hint).
