Ask any watch guy, and you’ll learn the lore behind the exclusive Timex and French artist seconde/seconde/ partnership. It goes deep. Their relationship began with the iykyk collaborative series of timepieces—a collection of 6 limited edition Timex Q watches, also referred to as “episodes” that imitate famous color combinations found from the watchmaking giants who wear “The Crown”. (Think Batman, Hulk, Coke, and Root Beer.)
New for 2025, Timex and seconde/seconde/ are back with two more “episodes”: a Prequel and a Sequel. Here you see the Prequel, an iconic Timex Q designed with a blue color combination—otherwise known as a Smurf, hence the “If You Know, You Know” mushroom piece in the center of the dial.
