Our long time partners and good pals at Relwen are well known for their heritage-steeped pieces that weather the storm, outlast the seasons, and look damn good doing it. For this season, they aimed for a lineup that blends classic military styling with technical functionality—and we couldn’t be more impressed with their marksmanship. Take their Thermal Crew for example. A double-layered crew that takes both softness and durability to the next level, it’s on track to become your most-valued cold-weather layer.

• Extra soft, double faced thermal brings equal measures of warmth and style
• Fabric built from a double-faced jacquard with a soft, heather grey backing
• Heavily garment-washed for extra softness and minimal shrinkage
• Details like bartacked seam ends, a reinforced pocket, and triple-needle coverstitching provide extra durability
• Knit polyester fabric tape at the neck and shoulder seams offer next-to-skin comfort

Here’s what Zac had to say:

“This has a slim fit with a thicker fabric that makes the shirt feel slimmer. The shoulders are more narrow and the sleeves are on the shorter side. Overall, the shirt feels about a half size smaller. I’d compare the fit to the Flint and Tinder 10-Year Crew.”
