• The 8” Knife is a chef’s knife made from three layers of Japanese steel with a cryogenically tempered 26 degree edge. The full tang is perfectly balanced and feels great in the hand.
• The Almost 4” Knife is a paring knife made from three layers of Japanese steel with a cryogenically tempered 26 degree edge. Matte finish handle has a sure grip
• The Only Tongs have a one handed locking mechanism and spoon-shaped heads for basting
• The Walnut Wooden Spoon is a non-stick-compatible workhorse with an angled head perfect for deglazing, scrambling, and sautéing
• The Metal Spoon is beautifully crafted to move between cooking duty and serving duty with ease and features a bowl that measures exactly a quarter cup for quick measurements
• The Slotted Spatula is strong yet flexible and has a beveled edge for cutting and serving everything from brownies to lasagna
