Story

Heritage chukkas expertly crafted in the USA

Shaped, stitched, and finished by hand in Maine, Quoddy shoes and boots are a testament to the age old adage, "quality over quantity." The Telos Chukka is built with their rich and smooth full-grain Capetown leather, which has been conditioned with unrefined oils for a supple, water-resistant finish. The insoles are of their own design while a Vibram® Minilug outsole provides unbeatable traction underfoot. To top it off, the rawhide leather laces are fed through rust-resistant, lacquered eyelets for a secure fit. These chukkas are a fresh take on a classic design with craftsmanship you'll feel with every step you take.

About Quoddy

The renowned makers over at Quoddy are a prime example of Maine's obsession with traditional, handcrafted footwear. With four generations’ worth of expertise and a touch of old-world refinement, they’ve built out a small-batch line of boots and moccasins designed to last a lifetime. Only one in ten craftsmen make it through the training program to become full-fledged Quoddy shoemakers—that's how seriously they take their craft. Just run a pair of Quoddys by an experienced cobbler and they’ll tell you what Mainers already know—they’re among the finest shoes made in America today.
