APL pursues advanced technology and develops their own materials to create the running shoes of the future

The TechLoom Pro utilizes a unique textile upper woven from performance materials to create not only an intriguing aesthetic, but a one-piece upper free of seams for the ultimate on-foot comfort. APL’s proprietary Propelium® compound, used in the midsole and outsole, gives the shoe a lightweight and shock-absorbing ride that keeps up on long runs and is super comfortable for all-day wear.

Technology

Propelium®:

Propelium® is a unique compound developed by APL® for use in its running shoe midsoles and outsoles. The material is designed to provide enhanced cushioning, shock absorption and energy generation, while extending the life of the midsole structure. Propelium® should help the running shoe midsole maintain a higher level of structural integrity through extended use by the runner.
