Construction

Working with their team of highly experienced tailors, our Portuguese partners have made a name for themselves as reliable manufacturers who take their operation seriously from top to bottom. From the machinery they use to the expertise of the tailors, the family-run workshop has a reputation for relying on proven knowledge and methods to turn out the highest quality garments with zero tolerance for anything less.

• Seam allowance at the sleeve length, in the body, and in the back allow for tailoring to achieve a finely honed personal fit
• Rear vent and front pockets are stitched closed for shipping, remove before wear by carefully pulling them out, or using small scissors if necessary
• Hand-sewn details: Lining, interlining, collar, and front placket
• Fully lined with smooth viscose fabric for long-lasting interior and easy on and off
• Half-canvas interlined construction adds structure to the shoulders and chest for shape retention, improved fit, and handsome drape

• Interlining: 100% cotton canvas
• Lining: 60% viscose, 40% polyester
• Buttons: Faux corozo buttons

Care

• Hang after wearing to let your jacket breathe and help keep its shape—a wood hanger with rounded edges is best
• Brush the wool with a suit brush when you hang it up to remove bits of dust and other particles to extend the life of the wool
• Spot clean small stains with a soft towel and water
• Dry clean only when necessary
• Do not machine wash
