Hestra has been making gloves since 1936 and they know what they’re doing — every single pair of their gloves are made in their own factories and they personally source all materials, two factors which ensure complete control over their production line chains and guarantees quality. A special addition to their line-up this year is the Steve, a no-frills design with all the hallmarks of a driving glove—grippy leather to keep hold of the steering wheel at breakneck speeds, extra mobility for white knuckles, and perforations throughout for breathability when you’re in the hot seat. They’re sleek, lightweight, and just the thing for packing up the Miata and getting the hell outta town for the weekend.

Materials

• 100% Ethiopian hairsheep leather

Hairsheep leather is from a particular type of sheep that doesn’t grow a woolly coat, hence the name. Since they’re from hotter environs, the leather is thinner and lighter, making it especially well-suited to lightweight gloves. It’s prized for its strength, suppleness, softness, and elasticity that provides lasting comfort.

Sizing

• Measure the circumference of your hand with a tape measure
• If you don't have a tape measure you can use a string which you then measure with a ruler.
