Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Striploin
- Sourced directly from the Miyachiku Cooperative in Miyazaki prefecture, Japan
- Receives an average score of 10 to 12 on the scale for inter-muscular marbling
- With its fantastic yield and incredible texture, A5 is unlike any other beef in the world
- Can be pan seared on high heat or sliced paper thin and warmed with a blow torch
- Wagyu is difficult to overcook and can handle a hard sear
