Powered by Polartec® Alpha™ Direct—an ultralight, open-mesh fleece originally developed for the U.S. Special Forces—the ShadowFleece™ Hoodie is a new class of active insulation by Huckberry. Weighing in at 85gsm (half that of your standard T-Shirt), it offers an exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio, with a slightly sheer face that’s engineered to dump heat as you move and trap warmth the moment you stop.

ShadowFleece™ is lighter and more breathable than wool, dries fast, and packs to a fist without wrinkling. The specialized fabric it’s made from earned the highest test results ever recorded by the Special Operations Forces evaluation team, outperforming every other insulation for breathability, durability, and quick-drying power. How to Measure - Chest: Measure straight across from edge to edge, starting 1" below the armhole, multiply by 2 - Shoulder: Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Again, it’s easiest to measure across the back of the garment - Body Length: Start at the top of the shoulder where it meets the neck seam, and measure straight down to the hem - Sleeve Length: Start at the center of the back of the neck, measure straight across to the shoulder seam, and then follow the edge of the garment to the cuff. Pro tip: it’s easiest to measure across the back of the sleeve

Materials & Care

• 100% Polyester, 85gsm (about half as light as your average t-shirt fabric)
• Mesh core with lofted fleece fibers
• Fabric made in the USA; garment made in Vietnam
• Machine wash warm on normal cycle, tumble dry low, do not bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean, do not use fabric softener
