Produced with a combination of recycled plastic bottles and pulverized oyster shells, Seawool is an incredible step forward for sustainable textiles. It shares many of the same qualities we love about merino wool—soft to the touch, temperature regulating, quick drying, antimicrobial, durable—while rescuing a great deal of waste from ending up in landfills and oceans. Add in the natural UV protection, and it makes the perfect fabric for this lightweight, warm-weather polo shirt that keeps you cool and protected whether you’re out for a run or casting leaders in the river.

Materials

Seawool is a yarn created from pulverized oyster shells and recycled plastic bottles. Wondering why you aren’t seeing “Seawool” below? Our House Brands team informed us that due to customs reasons, we have to declare Seawool as recycled polyester because even with pulverized oyster shell content, it is recycled polyester in its final fiber form.
