Salvia Suede Boots
Story
Inspired by ‘90s American work boots and handcrafted in Italy
It had long been a dream for Yuki Matsuda, lead designer at Yuketen, to produce American-style work boots by hand at a small Italian factory that still used the old school techniques. That vision came true with these suede stunners, hand sewn in silky Opera Leather suede made exclusively for Yuketen, and constructed with 360° Channeling welted Goodyear so that vision can hold up for a lifetime in the real world. With contrasting leather at the ankle and pull-on tabs, these supple boots will deliver damn good looks and durability for years to come.

About Yuketen
Every now and then you get a mad scientist-type innovator who seems to bend all the rules. Well turns out that Yuketen’s lead designer, Yuki Matsuda, falls into that category—and it’s totally paid off, since he’s now one of the most revered shoemakers out there. Using traditional shoe-making techniques and heritage styles as his foundation (think work boots and moccasins) he reimagines the whole shoe—adding here, taking away there, resulting in a modern hybrid of all the best-looking and comfiest parts.
