About Richter Goods
As a child growing up in Mexico city, Mario Guajardo wore the neatly pressed Western shirts and Cuban-heeled cowboy boots his father—and his father’s father—favored. The descendant of native Texans eventually returned home at the age of 26, setting up shop in San Antonio, hell-bent on sewing authentic Western shirts himself. Working with luxurious fabrics sourced from mills in Japan and Italy, plus a team of highly skilled sewers, Richter Goods turns out small batches of premium Texas-made Western shirting that’re just about as authentic as it gets.
