There’s dragging yourself through the mud for 20 miles, and then there’s dragging yourself through the mud for 20 miles with a 30 pound weight strapped to your back. That’s exactly what the GORUCK Challenge asks of you during its 12 hour, 20 mile endurance events based on Special Forces training regimens. The Ruck Plates are specifically designed to add balanced, low-profile weight to your GORUCK packs—and are a requirement for GORUCK Challenges.
