Story
Men’s Roper Boots that hit the sweet spot between a cowboy boot and a dress boot
These heritage Roper Boots were made in Leon, Mexico—quickly becoming the global capital for handcrafted men’s Western boots—and can work just as hard as any work boot, thanks to their expert craftsmanship. What makes them different than a traditional cowboy boot? They’ve got a shorter, more comfortable wedge sole that makes ‘em a lot more approachable, while still adding a rugged touch to any outfit. And every time you pull these Roper Boots on, the full-grain leather will be a little bit softer than last time, until stepping into them feels like a loving embrace for your foot.

Sizing
- We recommend sizing up at least a 1/2 size up for D width and a full size if you have wide feet
- On the first wear, the Roper should be a little hard to pull on and just a tiny bit snug—over time the leather will soften up and mold to the shape of your foot
- If you're still having issues getting the boots on (high instep, less ankle flexibility, wider foot), you can try the "plastic bag method." At home, wrap your foot in an old grocery bag so you can slide your foot in the boot with less friction. After a few wears, you should have stretched the shaft to accommodate your foot
- These are a standard D width so for wider feet, we recommend sizing up a full size from your normal size
