A vintage “Swiss only” Rolex GMT

1997 was a pivotal year for Rolex as the brand transitioned toward Luminova lume. During this period, U-serial models featured the “Swiss” only designation at the 6 o'clock position—a rare marker used just before “Swiss Made” became the standard.

This Pepsi GMT is in excellent condition, boasting an unpolished case and a desirable, lightly faded fat font insert. We can’t think of a better neo-vintage companion for keeping track of time while jet-setting across time zones.
