Ranger Field Short Jacket
Ranger Field Short Jacket
Story
A dry-waxed field jacket with a contemporary cut
The Ranger Field Short Jacket is a burly, all-weather outer layer with a short, modern cut, allowing it to easily transition between the outdoors and the city. The shell is stitched from 4 oz. dry-waxed cotton for supreme weather-resistance, and the interior is fully lined with 6 oz. Cotton Cover Cloth and smooth polyester taffeta for comfort. A two-way zippered front closure, reinforced by a buttoned storm flap, and adjustable latches at the collar and cuffs seal in warmth should the weather take a turn. In terms of utility, it has a full-width, zippered back “map” pocket for storing large items while out in the field. There are also two angled hand pockets, as well as an internal zippered pocket for securing essentials such as a wallet or a phone. Last but not least, a convenient loop at the neckline keeps the Ranger Jacket within easy reach by the door.
