A solar-powered chronograph with deep racing heritage
The Seiko Prospex Speedtimer is a racing chronograph that fuses classic 1960s motorsport design with modern solar power. It’s built around an incredibly capable Caliber V192 solar chronograph movement that charges up from any light source and has a six-month power reserve—no battery changes needed. Not impressed? It also has a chronograph function that’s accurate to 1/5th of a second. The 39mm stainless steel case is capped with a curved anti-reflective sapphire crystal, while the striking yellow sand-blasted dial, black sub-dials, and black tachymeter bezel deliver maximum legibility and style.
