A classic cotton Oxford shirt, updated for the way we live today

For over a century, the Oxford shirt has been a cornerstone of American style. The decade-defying staple first gained prominence on Ivy League campuses, then found its way onto world leaders, and by the 1960s, became a staple of the country’s growing professional class. Flint and Tinder’s flagship Oxford shirt, The Draftsman, pays homage to that midcentury era. Specifically, the draftsman who rolled up their sleeves and designed the world by hand.

We didn’t want to mess with what worked, so we crafted our iteration from classic, breathable cotton while adding just a hint of stretch to keep you comfortable year-round. We kept the roll-up sleeves, integrated side gussets, and back pleats to ensure the tailored silhouette doesn't feel too restrictive. And because it’s been garment-washed, it bypasses the stiff break-in period, offering a soft handfeel that only improves with every wash and wear.

How to Measure - Chest: Measure straight across from edge to edge, starting 1" below the armhole, multiply by 2 - Shoulder: Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Again, it’s easiest to measure across the back of the garment - Body Length: Start at the top of the shoulder where it meets the neck seam, and measure straight down to the hem - Sleeve Length: Start at the center of the back of the neck, measure straight across to the shoulder seam, and then follow the edge of the garment to the cuff. Pro tip: it’s easiest to measure across the back of the sleeve
