Hiding behind the clean-cut silhouette of the Organic Cotton Short is a purpose-built short designed to perform on the road of life. When you’re staring up the last leg of the summit trail, or down the gnarly gully that leads down to your locals only surf break, those are the times when you’ll really appreciate the technical details Wellen included here: the flexible waistband, the lightweight built-in cinch belt, the zippered back pocket to keep your valuables secure. The organic cotton fabric is garment washed for a well-worn feel when you pull ‘em on, and the organic cotton is a fiber you can feel good about wearing.

About Wellen

• Ethical and Sustainable Factories: Wellen only partners with forward-thinking factories that create fair, safe, and healthy working conditions, and lead the industry in sustainability practices. For example, almost all excess water and scraps generated in the creation of a Wellen garment are recycled and repurposed into commercial products—like bricks!
• Responsible Purchasing: Wellen is committed to small batch manufacturing. The apparel industry has troubling overstock problems, sending tons of unsold merchandise into landfills. By producing limited runs, we ensure every Wellen garment gets its day in the sun.
