Story

Japanese-inspired bread knife for cutting through thick, freshly baked loaves

Barebones is all about feeling the dirt in your hands, feeling the stars shining down on you out in the backcountry, and finding time to enjoy the simplest pleasures life and nature have to offer. And with that guiding philosophy, they create things like the Bread Knife—a Japanese-inspired and expertly designed bread knife that will have you turning your back on pre-sliced bread for good. Complete with an extended serrated blade that accurately cuts through thick fresh loaves with ease and can even sub-in for a deli knife, thinly slicing your favorite meats. Its full-tang stainless steel blade holds a sharp edge, and when you’ve finished with the day’s work you can store it in the included sheath for safe keeping.
