Story

Heavy-duty chef knife designed for breezing through prep work

Barebones is all about feeling the dirt in your hands, feeling the stars shining down on you out in the backcountry, and finding time to enjoy the simplest pleasures life and nature have to offer. And with that guiding philosophy, they create things like the Nakiri Knife—a Japanese-inspired and expertly designed chef knife for making quick work of prepping vegetables. Complete with a deep, flat blade that glides through hard-to-cut vegetables or shreds leafy greens with ease. Its full-tang stainless steel blade holds a sharp edge, and when you’ve finished with the day’s work you can store it in the included sheath for safe keeping.
