The Murano Bead Necklace is a collaboration across continents: Venetian glassmaking, American history, and Japanese craftsmanship. Each necklace is handstrung in Japan from dead stock Murano glass beads that were manufactured decades ago, then stored away and left untouched until now. Finished with a hook fashioned from a vintage Roosevelt dime—a hallmark of Northworks’ craft—it’s a unique piece of cross-cultural history.
