Up until the '20s, American football players sported wool jerseys on the field. Uncomfortable, itchy, and prone to shrinking in the wash, a new material was needed—and loopback cotton was the answer. Named for the air-trapping "loops" on the inward face of the fabric, loopback is an incredible insulator—super soft on the inside and tough enough for the pitch on the outside.

The Midweight Terry Quarter Zip builds off this century-plus legacy with a garment-dyed fabric for a softness you won't want to take off. It's also double-layer-ribbed at the cuffs and hem for added comfort and durability. Last but not least, the opening is insured by a reliable YKK zipper that comes up to meet a relaxed, lay-flat collar.

How to Measure

• Garment Chest: measure on a shirt from side to side starting 1” under the armpit, multiply by 2
• Body length: measure on a shirt from the high shoulder to the bottom hem
• Sleeve length: measure on a shirt from the center back to the cuff opening

Care

• Machine wash cold, inside out, on gentle cycle
• Tumble dry low and remove promptly
• Do not bleach
• Cool iron if needed
• This product is garment dyed and some color migration may occur. We recommend washing separately
