The classic crewneck that started it all

Up until the '20s, American football players sported wool jerseys on the field. Uncomfortable, itchy, and prone to shrinking in the wash, a new material was needed—and loopback cotton was the answer. Named for the air-trapping "loops" on the inward face of the fabric, loopback is an incredible insulator—super soft on the inside and tough enough for the pitch on the outside.

Flint and Tinder honors the original crewneck design with a reinforced, triangular stitch pattern along the collar—that's been double-layer-ribbed for added durability and on-off comfort. It's been garment-dyed for a deeper color saturation and a super soft feel from the moment you put it on. Lastly, the cuffs and hem have also been double-layered—ensuring this classic lasts you the years.

How to Measure

• Garment Chest: measure on a shirt from side to side starting 1” under the armpit, multiply by 2
• Body length: measure on a shirt from the high shoulder to the bottom hem
• Sleeve length: measure on a shirt from the center back to the cuff opening
