Max Broken In Corduroy Overshirt
Story
Heavyweight overshirt made from double-brushed, 8-wale corduroy
Started with the goal of making a shirt as soft on day 1 as 100, Marine Layer excels in the domain of comfort. The Max Broken-In Overshirt is made from a double-brushed, 8-wale corduroy cotton and plenty deserving of its name. It has two patch pockets on the chest as well as buttons along the front placket and cuffs for endless adjustability. Even more, its slightly curved hem gives it a classic look. Feel free to leave the jacket at home—its substantial weight plays a smart, outerwear-plus-shirt game.

About Marine Layer
It took our buddy Mike, the founder of Marine Layer, more than a year to make his very first shirt. But when he made it, he knew he'd made it thanks to the fact it felt just as broken-in and well-worn as his favorite tee from high school (Mike's old, well, old'ish). Today, Mike, Adam, and the Marine Layer gang have earned a cult following thanks to their absurdly soft tees which are made from a proprietary fabric that includes recycled beechwood and their latest Re-Spun program. A program that recycles old tees, and gives them a second life, making one of the most sustainable fabrications out there.
