Mainland Knitted Cardigan
Story
A heritage wool-cotton cardigan built to stand the test of time
Barbour’s been making knitwear longer than most brands have been in business—over a century of expertise poured into classic layers that last a lifetime and then some. The Mainland Knitted Cardigan is their transeasonal ace: warm when the breeze picks up, breathable when the sun’s out, and sharp enough to wear pretty much anywhere. Heritage ribbing at the collar, placket, hem, and cuffs nails the timeless look, while fully fashioned armholes keep the fit clean and comfortable. Bottom line: quality like this never goes out of style—or out of service.

About Barbour
What started in 1894 in the small coastal town of South Shields, England has grown into the cultural titan we know today, recognized by The Queen and worn by a different kind of royalty: James Bond. Fortunately for us, Barbour never forgot where they came from. Maybe that’s because they never actually left. Five generations later, this family-run business still operates in South Shields, bringing wit, grit and glamour to its beautifully functional clothing inspired by the British Countryside. They may be best known for their waxed cotton garments, but every piece of clothing they design is built on the same founding principles of quality, attention to detail, durability, and being fit for purpose.
