When the US Army needed a tear- and rip-resistant fabric during WWII, they engineered a weave to do just that. The Linen Ripstop Utility Cargo Short is cut from the same breathable, hardwearing material as the Flint and Tinder Linen Ripstop Mill Pant and boasts just as many practical features. Surprisingly deep pockets on each side have concealed snaps for a clean finish, and a drawcord waist and belt loops serve up two options to dial in the fit. Last but not least, it's been garment-dyed for deep, color saturation and a soft hand-feel that only gets better with time.
