Iconic flight jacket silhouette with a vintage look and feel
The A-2 flight jacket is a military icon, issued to U.S. Air Force fighter pilots and bomber crews in WWII. Our designers at Flint and Tinder set out to create their own version with the look and feel of a lived-in, vintage example. They cut it from genuine leather with classic flight jacket details like the shirt collar, storm guard placket, and ribbed cuffs and hem. Then, they garment washed it and applied a matte wax finish for a soft, broken-in feel right out of the box.
