Story

A wool-blend half zip for the office and outdoors

Barbour’s been perfecting the art of the versatile layer since 1894, and the Kelson Half Zip is a masterclass in why they’re still at the top of their game. Knit from a premium cotton-wool blend, it’s warm enough for crisp mornings, breathable enough for all-day wear, and sharp enough to hold its own anywhere you take it. The ribbed half-zip neckline makes it easy to dial in your comfort—zip it up for extra warmth, or wear it open over a tee for a smart, relaxed look. Plus, the subtle contrast at the inner neck and intricate rib detailing put it a cut above every other half zip out there. Bottom line: it’s a do-it-all layer that’ll rack up serious mileage regardless of the season.

About Barbour

What started in 1894 in the small coastal town of South Shields, England has grown into the cultural titan we know today, recognized by The Queen and worn by a different kind of royalty: James Bond. Fortunately for us, Barbour never forgot where they came from. Maybe that’s because they never actually left. Five generations later, this family-run business still operates in South Shields, bringing wit, grit and glamour to its beautifully functional clothing inspired by the British Countryside. They may be best known for their waxed cotton garments, but every piece of clothing they design is built on the same founding principles of quality, attention to detail, durability, and being fit for purpose.
