How to Measure - Body Chest: use a flexible measuring tape to measure under your arms around the widest part of your chest - Body Waist: bend side to side to find your natural waist and measure around that point - Arm Length: measure from the center of your neck along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone - Garment Chest: measure on a shirt from side to side starting 1” under the armpit, multiply by 2 - Body Length: measure on a shirt from the high shoulder to the bottom hem
