James Court Sneaker
Story
70's-inspired court sneakers designed, cut, and sewn in North Carolina
In an exclusive colorway picked by us and brought to life by the slow-shoe artisans at Opie Way, meet the James Court Sneaker. Inspired by the court sneakers of the 70's, it has an easy, athletic charm that's elevated by three different leathers: waterproofed calf suede leather for the upper, a supple, vegetable-tanned leather for the lining, and sueded leather for the heel counter. Not only is the James designed, cut, and sewn in Opie Way's small factory in North Carolina, all the leathers are intentionally selected from their respective tanneries—for a fully traceable sneaker that'll age like fine bourbon over the years. It's even resoleable, thanks to a 360-degree sidewall stitch, for years of use. Wear them with denim, slacks, or even a suit. Shoes this good-looking can go with anything.
