Italian Blucher With Camp Sole
Italian Blucher With Camp Sole
Story
An artisanal take on a midcentury staple
The Blucher-style moccasin may have dominated the style pages of the 1950s and 60s, but this modern take is one of Yuketen's most popular shoes—and for good reason. An elevated take on a boat shoe, this silhouette is elongated in a reference to dress shoes, but with a casual lace-up style and a durable rubber sole. The Palermo leather uppers are thick and resilient, with a striking scotch grain print on the finish. Plus it's all handcrafted by skilled artisans in Italy for timeless style and comfort that will keep you in good stead for decades.

About Yuketen
Every now and then you get a mad scientist-type innovator who seems to bend all the rules. Well turns out that Yuketen’s lead designer, Yuki Matsuda, falls into that category—and it’s totally paid off, since he’s now one of the most revered shoemakers out there. Using traditional shoe-making techniques and heritage styles as his foundation (think work boots and moccasins) he reimagines the whole shoe—adding here, taking away there, resulting in a modern hybrid of all the best-looking and comfiest parts.
