Huntsman Blues Long Sleeve Shirt
Story
A lightweight tattersall shirt
Tattersall is a pattern famously tied to British heritage wear. And the reason why is actually pretty wild. The story dates back to 1766, when a man named Richard Tattersall opened a horse market and auction house in Suffolk, England. The shirt’s name comes from the bright, checkered pattern Richard Tattersall used to keep his horses warm while they waited to be sold. Local weavers soon caught notice of the pattern and soon began weaving it into cotton shirts for men. Relwen takes that original tattersall style and updates it into a modern shirt, one that’s breathable with stretch—thanks to its airy and light 140 GSM cotton build.

About Relwen
There’s a certain familiarity to Relwen that reminds us of days spent paging through old Sears & Roebuck catalogs, lusting over lever-action rifles, brass compasses, and rugged outerwear. In a way, those things and more have shaped the modern Relwen collection, where classic Americana, a vintage hunting aesthetic, and modern technical upgrades all blend into perfectly considered menswear that will last you for years. They cut their teeth in the open country of the Midwest, and still roost in Columbus, Ohio today. The fields, farms, and hardworking spirit of America’s heartland give them their motto, “be lasting.” So every purposeful seam, pocket, and cuff stays true to what drew us to them in the first place: a perfect balance between the heritage of the past and the thoughtful technical details of the future.
