When designing the Herringbone Mill Pant, our team at Flint and Tinder looked to classic American double-knee workpants—heavy-duty garments pioneered in the 1930s in an effort to extend the life of tradesmen’s uniforms. The midweight cotton herringbone fabric includes 1% stretch for comfort on day one. Then, we garment-dye and wash each pair for a soft, vintage look and feel, and authentic antique brass hardware nods to the style’s hardworking roots.
