Heavyweight wool sweater, made by hand in British Columbia
Carrying on the legacy of the intricate, hand-knit sweaters made and worn by the Coast Salish people of the Cowichan Valley back in the early 1900s, this Heavyweight Moto Knit Sweater is hand-knit in Canada from virgin Canadian wool, just like they used to. These sweaters are the ideal outer layer for cool, coastal climes, and anywhere else where coziness is highly sought after.

Care
- Spot clean only: dilute a wool-safe liquid detergent with water and dab the stain gently
- Dry at room temperature, not by squeezing or stressing the fabric, or by placing in direct heat as it could shrink the wool fibers
- Do not place in a dryer
- To be safe, you can also stick with dry cleaning only
- Do not hang your wool sweater as it can causes the wool to stretch, instead fold and store the sweater flat

Faiz T.S. & Co. is a family owned knitwear company based in the beautiful Canadian province of British Columbia. Founded on the principles of artisanal manufacturing and contemporary design language, the brand focuses on the rich history and craft of the Cowichan sweater, which was developed hundreds of years ago in BC by the Cowichan, a Coast Salish people in current-day British Columbia. Each garment’s hand-loomed construction requires up to 140 hours of craftsmanship to be complete, and is hand-crafted using only the finest virgin wool sourced from within Canada.
