- Your Waist: Measure around your waist where the top of your underwear sits
- Your Hip: standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat
- Your Thigh: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your thigh, about 2" to 3" below your inseam or where your leg meets your body
