The culmination of seven generations of Italian craftsmanship, the Fastflex Suede Loafer is handmade using traditional methods that the Travenzoli family has been perfecting since 1820. And thanks to your feedback, it’s sporting a freshly dialed-in fit—with a gentler slope from the toe to the top of the foot for a more secure, slip-free feel. It’s made from a robust bovine nubuck sourced from one of Europe’s top tanneries and features an unlined interior for lightweight flexibility. Rounded out with a traditional saddle piece across the top, these shoes combine timeless styling with effortless comfort, making them an easy choice for any occasion.

Nestled in the small Northern Italian town of Castel D’ario (Mantova) since the 19th century, Astorflex is a family-run footwear brand that’s been elevating the category for six generations. From suede desert boots to leather chukkas, each custom-made style is hand-built to the Travenzoli family’s legendary standards. In fact, when we first discovered their criminally underrated chukkas a while back, they shipped each order with a box of pasta from their family-run restaurant. We quickly learned that any shoemaker can put Italian leather on rubber soles and call it a day, but few can turn those same materials into a walking work of art. And that’s just what Astorflex does.
