Story

Twill workshirt from a titan of all things Americana

RRL’s Farrell Workshirt is inspired by workshirts from the 1920s and 30s, and spares no expense or detail making ‘em like they used to. Expertly welded together by unique chain-stitch seams, the Farrell even includes a small runoff stitch as a nod to garments of the era. The vintage-style buttons, straight button-placket collar and heavy-washed, yarn-dyed cotton twill come together to make a standout shirt that looks truly vintage, but feels brand new.

About RRL

About a century ago in the American West, durable garments were made for gritty work, enduring long days in harsh climates. Inspired by this iconic style, Ralph Lauren founded Double RL (named after his Colorado ranch). Starting with a handmade necktie in 1967, the RRL brand has always focused on timeless designs and top-quality materials—untouched by passing trends—and gone on to become an American legend, appearing in films and on the Olympic stage. Ralph Lauren's dedication to quality is unwavering, from RRL denim to the hallmark pony polo and the high-end Purple Label collection. Each piece balances ruggedness and refinement, which is why RRL always earns a spot (or many) in our closet.
