RPM’s Elevated Gym Kit includes everything in their novice Base Kit plus an adjustable pull-up bar with 180° rotation to accommodate ceiling/wall variability and fold flat post-workout. Each piece is made from premium materials so the weights sit comfortably in your hands, the bands won’t overstretch, the sandbag is extra sturdy, and the aluminum speed rope will see you through those dreaded double-unders. A myoball and foam roller round out the kit for that painful yet satisfying myofascial release.
