Easy Guy - Straight Fit - Left Hand Twill Selvedge
Story
Damn good jeans at a decent price, made in Canada with Japanese fabric
Naked & Famous are known in denimhead circles as purveyors of fine and exotic selvage denims. There are a few of us here at HBHQ that love ‘em for it too — but for the rest of us, they have a solid line-up of core selections that surpass your standard department store jeans but don’t quite qualify as exotic either. Let’s just say that for the majority of pants wearers around these parts, their core line falls right in the sweet spot between the two extremes. And we’re willing to bet that if you’re here reading this page, it’s gonna fall right in that sweet spot for you too.

Materials
Naked and Famous sources their fabric from the Okayama region in Japan — the denim capital of the world today. It's woven on low-speed, vintage shuttle looms, which seal the end of the fabric with a self-edge (this is where the term selvage comes from).
This left hand twill selvage denim is woven with rope-dyed yarns whose white core will be exposed with wear and tear, creating a customized fade pattern. The left-hand direction of the weave will give it a softer feel as it wears in and will emphasize a vertical fade pattern. Here's the nitty gritty:
- Warp/Weft: Indigo warp, white weft
- Weight: 13.75 oz
- Content: 100% cotton
- Selvage Tag: White
- Origin: Japan

Care
There's a lot of talk out there about how to care for your raw denim. But if you ask us, it really boils down to two simple points:
- Wear your jeans a lot
- Wash them when they need to be washed
Funky smell? Wash 'em. Covered in dirt? Wash 'em. Feelin’ a little grody when you pull ‘em on? Wash ‘em. Otherwise, keep on wearing 'em.
When you do wash, make sure to wash separate from other clothing for the first few washes as the indigo dye will bleed. Turn the jeans inside out to preserve the dye on the outside. Hang dry, and if you want to form them to your body put 'em on and go for a walk while they're still damp. Your pants will shrink slightly after a wash, and this is a good way to stretch them back out to the perfect fit.
