50L gear hauler loaded with utilitarian features

The Duffalo is a TSA-approved carry-on—minus the wheels—built for weeklong trips. Inspired by The Brown Buffalo founder Douglas Davidson's routine international trips, the bag is made from a DWR-treated, abrasion-resistant Cordura® 1050-denier ballistic nylon shell, then lined with Challenge® Sailcloth EPX400—a strong, water-resistant polyester with unique cross-ply reinforcement. Each Duffalo features a butterfly opening for easy access, a removable shoulder strap, YKK zippers, and full-grain leather handles. It makes a strong case for never using a rolling suitcase again.
