When designing the Vintage Quilted Nylon Zip Jacket, our team at Flint and Tinder explored vintage examples of the original down outerwear, first worn on outdoor expeditions in the mid-20th century and later adopted by U.S. Airmen in WWII. It’s cut from durable, quilted nylon with a water-repellent (DWR) finish and lined with a yellow contrast ripstop for easy on/off. The 80g synthetic insulation delivers toasty warmth in tough winter conditions, while the roomy snap pockets offer secure storage for your essentials.
