Ciele's bestselling training shirt has been upgraded with a 4-way stretch, UPF 50+ COOLmatic | PLUS SOLOmesh™ fabric for UV protection and comfort on full-sun days. To max out the shirt's breathability even more, the back panel is stitched from COOLmatic | PLUS MIKRAmesh™ for extra ventilation. There's also reflective detailing throughout to keep you seen and safe on early morning and evening runs. And to finish strong, flatlock stitching holds the shirt together while providing a smooth, anti-chafe wear.

How to Measure - Your Chest: Measure under your arms around the widest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across the front and back to get an accurate measurement - Your Waist: Measure around your waist where the top of your underwear sits - Garment Chest: Measure straight across from edge to edge, starting 1" below the armhole, multiply by 2 - Garment Body Length: Start at the top of the shoulder where it meets the neck seam, and measure straight down to the hem
