How to Measure - Chest: Measure under your arms around the widest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across the front and back to get an accurate measurement - Arm Length: Start at the center of the back of your neck, measure straight across to the edge of your shoulder bone, and then follow the the natural curve of your arm to middle of your hand. Note: this one is much easier with a partner - Waist: Measure around your waist where the top of your underwear sits
